I would start by getting them off of the paper towels and move them on to a proper bedding...



You may have to scent feed these little guys to get them started... If you do not want to try toad scent you can used tuna, salmon, and even hotdog... Those 3 scents seem to work often...



Those hogs are awesome by the way!!!
