Although originally named for their pale, light orange color, "Creamsicle" has little to do with what a snake looks like. A Creamsicle is an albino with Great Plain Ratsnake genes mixed in. There are some snakes with only a very small percentage of GPR in them that look like everyday albinos - these would still be considered Creamsicles - even though they don't look like it. There are some very pale orange albino "pure" corn snakes - these would NOT be considered Creamsicles, even though they look just like one.
There is no way you can know if a corn snake is a Creamsicle unless you know it's complete genetic history.
