If she was saying that he carried the gene for stripe spiders then it is the one Evan Stahl was referring to, not being het for genetic stripe. Reread Evans post again. He tells you about the genetic stripe he is referring to. The one he is referring to is not genetically recessive. It is a codom stripe gene that happens with the spiders. The mother or father had it and your little guys sister had the visual stripe. Which means that when you breed your male you may have a chance of producing a baby that looks like its auntie, but you can't charge any more for them than any regular old spider. Nice looking snake though and it will be one of the morphs I start out with along with a lesser. [ Hide Replies ]
