I have eggs that are at day 60 and no pips yet?!?!
I have cut at 55 days before, however these eggs were from a small female i did not expect to lay and the eggs are smaller than any of my others, so I was worried to cut at all. Only 2 of the 5 are starting to wrinkle or cave in some, the other 3 look like they did when laid. I have candled them and they appear to all be fertile ect.. I just wanted to to let at least one pip before I cut. The only one I ever forced out last yr was a slow and picky eater so I wanted them to pip on their own this yr. I wanted to get opinions on how long to let them go on their own?
I will most likely be cutting this evening really, but I will gladly accept any praise for waiting until day 60 lol...
