OK... I am home and I have one poking its head out WOO HOO!
Funny enough, it is the first one I would have cut because it looked more ready to hatch if that makes sense...
I wish you the best with the yellow bellies. My YB female didnt take this year, but the one that did is questionable, she has the traits, but not as pretty as the others so realistically shes a possible. Either way I am just happy to have something hatch this year. I have garanteed het pied to het pied breeding and 3 of 6 eggs rotted.. That sucked, but I still have 3 that are at 52 days today so fingers crossed on at least one pied.
It seems alot of peeps have had bad luck this yr. On a different note I still have males locking up.. I think I stress them because of a move during the season. I hope to have late albinos and maybe more het pieds, time will tell. One female just went through that glow phase so maybe they are all late ovulating.
I will keep you posted on the possible Ivories..
