Powerfailure

Unfortunately we had a power failure today and it fried my thermostate that was controlling egg incubation. So temp probably dipped to 78-78 for a couple of hours. When power came back wife found that thermostate was toasted so plugged heat source directly into wall outlet. Unfortunately i didnt have the funds to purchase a back up power source. What do you guys use? I checked back up digital temp and it was reading 90 not sure for how long maybe an hour. I got the temp back down to 82. If I introduce a male to the female now is it possible she could produce a 2nd clutch? Is it possible to tell if the eggs are stil;l viable?
