bullfrog legality in california

Hello I have quick question about bullfrog legality. Is this species (and all mutations of it?) illegal in California? I have heard contradictory thoughts on this including "bullfrogs are illegal but albinos are not because they have very little chance of living in the wild". When I look to http://www.dfg.ca.gov/licensing/pdffiles/fg1518.pdf where axolotls and all Ambystoma for that matter are stated illegal I can see nothing mentioning bullfrogs. thanks -Ben
