Many times a international buyer will have a deal worked out with the exporter to have animals from lots of places sent to him prior to export. Obviously cost effective. If they are going to eat them its usually low cost animals or REALLY $$ ones. Either way doesnt make sense to not make the sale, they are going to get them from someone if they have the $$.
