I bought a double ranco thermostat. It worked fine for a few weeks, then the screen on the left hand unit went blank. I ordered another one. That one worked fine for less than a week and same problem, the left hand unit's screen has gone blank. As long as I have no need to re-adjust the temperature both thermostats work fine, but I can never adjust the temperatures due to the blank screens. I have a single ranco I've used for many years with no problem, and a Helix I've used for over a year with no problems. Has anyone else here used a double ranco? If so, how have they worked for you?
