Is America the next Haiti? Can't help but see the similarity.



Haiti, Land of the NCO's, with over 3000 NGO's in that very small country. Overrun by Do-gooders and no Government in sight.



It scares me how the NGO's dominate U.S. policy, as our Government graciously forfeits it's responsibilities to the special interest groups.
