As long as you only make a small flap and are very careful not to hit any veins you could probably safely cut eggs at 40 days. The problem with cutting super early is that the snake has not colored up yet, you can only tell pattern. I now cut at day 52. By then the babies have most of their color and you can tell exactly what you have. (That's the purposes of cutting eggs, right?) | ||
