In the wild here they might hibernate when it get's dry or very cold. Honestly the subspecies inhabits a wide range of temps. and conditions and it will matter if yours is So. Ca., Sierra Nevada, No. Ca. etc. Mainly it will act differently. i.e. Sierra Nevada ones are more diurnal, etc. | ||
