Yesterday I fed my young bull snakes the same way I always do, put the snake in the feeding container and start offering food items one at a time. My male bull Alfonzo ate his fill in his usual polite sedate manner. Then I put his sister Zoey in the feeding container and began feeding her the same way. The more she ate the more enthusiastic she got! I had to go get more food items for her, as she was wanting to keep on eating. During this pause while I got more mice, she actually tried to bite the floor of the feeding tub; like get it in her mouth! She could smell the mice that had been laying there. "Why can't I pick these darned things up!?! I can smell them there!!!"

Needless to say I am using a pair of tongs for feeding these guys now.

After eating they went in their moss hide. So I didn't get a good recent picture.
