They can write you a ticket for just about anything that's remotely related to a law and then you will have your day in court. If they made mistakes or abused their power it would come out in court but when we're in the field we have no way of saying "hey, that's illegal" with the expectation that they will change their behavior. This is a problem for many of us who travel great distances to get there. They could confiscate any animals they want to, it's at their discretion. | ||
