SO, I had my hog out yesterday just chillin with my girlfriend and my caulker cay boa. He was acting fine without his tell tale hungry behavior when all of a sudden he creeps up to the boa, touches his nose to her back then opens his mouth to try and grab onto her. Has anyone ever had something like this happen before? Luckily he's not an aggressive feeder and i was able to grab him before he got hold. I was just a little concerned as the boa is still quite small and i have no idea how other snakes react to hog venom. Any thoughts?
