Rats or Mice?

I have a 2ft "Gulf Hammock" Ratsnake, that will take rat pinks or mice up to a similar size. He's nowhere near a picky eater-- he's wild caught and has eaten f/t rats and mice from the get-go. So, which is more nutritious? I'm guessing rats would be better, since there's less fur?
