One problem with allowing public access to your snakes is lawsuits. In this lawsuit-happy world, if anyone ended up getting sick after handling your snake they could decide to sue you for exposing them to salmonella. I'm not saying it's likely to happen, but it's something to keep in mind. And that's not even mentioning possible lawsuit problems if it should BITE someone! Oh, another thought -- how about getting sued for emotional trauma if someone has a snake phobia?? Ya just never know!
