I don't for several reasons.
I don't know what animals other people will have outside; I once had my albino retic outside for photos (in my yard) and a starling got too close; she went into full on feed mode and it was NOT a good situation. I don't want to think of a person with a small dog or cat.
It's not particularly good for the snake; it can't hide, can't thermoregulate, etc.
And there is the public to deal with too; like it or not, fair or not, it freaks people out a lot more than having a dog out. And our hobby's taking a lot of hits as it is right now so I don't want to exacerbate it.
