I wanted to share some photos of one of our baby Toffee’s. I still cannot get over the change these guys go through it’s unbelievable. After only two sheds she’s already taken on an entirely different appearance. For those of you that are not familiar with this morph they hatch out looking like an albino and after two sheds they look like this. From here the transformation doesn’t stop. They continue to develop more and more. Within two more sheds this girl will look like a very extreme baby Banana Ball. Her background color will morph into a rich purple tone and her saddles will begin turning orange and maintain a yellow border. Since we’ve not raised a baby to adulthood we can only assume how they reach their adult coloration. I included a photo of the male that produced her so you can let your imagination run. It’s a really treat to watch this girl change in person. I can honestly say I wouldn’t believe it if I wasn’t witnessing it with my own two eyes. I will continue to post updated photos. Thanks for checking her out.
