Agreed with all that was said, they do color in for the first 18 months (give or take) some going up and some going down but not typically a lot. Since your's is already a yearling I would expect it to pretty much stay as it is.



I think Cliff mentioned that adults can sometimes change as well. Typically go from decent looking to brown vary rapidly but still produce nice babies I've been told by another breeder. I had a female do that, nice looking one season and browned out the next. Sold her as a pet.
