If Proposition 8 can be deemed unconstitutional because Proposition 8 is unconstitutional under both the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses, then why can't Herpers claim the same thing as a class!!!



The issue of Gay Marriage is not an ethnic, racial, origin, economic, sex, age, etc issue. It is strictly a voluntary discretionary decision by individuals that crosses all groups and categories of humanity.



If discrimination against that voluntary "by choice" behavior can be protected, then so can what we do be protected for the very same reasons.



The irony is, these are the same people that profess acceptance and tolerance, except when it comes to our issues.
