Don Soderberg has a photo of an "axanthic" Texas Ratsnake that looks quite authentic, but I have no clue about it's origin at all. But I would bet you could easily find out if you contacted him.
Look pretty striking though, and definitely different with zero yellows/oranges, just stark blacks, greys and white.
As far as Blacks go, I can't say I am aware of any anery's or axanthic morphs, but who knows, could be almost ANYTHING somewhere owned by someone.
Down the ways here a good bit, "AlanShaheen" posted a thread about a VERY hypo-erythristic Texas Rat oddity that was captured on Max Peterson's property recently too.
Here is the link. This animal is WAY COOL!!, and so was the axanthic in Soderberg's photo.
