Eastern Hognose sexing please help!!!

I bought (saved) this hognose from a guy selling it at a flea market...he said it wouldn't eat for him....umm yeah that's bc it's WC and he only offered it unscented live mice. It was in horrible condition, emaciated,dehydrated. I only thought it would live days, but I wnated those days to be stress free so i bought it for $5. Well, 1 month later and he/she is looks tons better than it did, alert, active, and taking toads and scented f/t. I have pictures but I don't know how to upload it. It's not a neonate and I'm guessing it would be of breeding size. I don't know how to probe, but I researched that western can be sexed visiually by tail...how about this eastern? Please help me. I'd love to get a future maiting from this snake.
