First off, thank you for such a lengthy informative reply. The Exo Terra glass tank I was looking at is not the mesh one, its glass and I was looking at the large model which is 36x18x18 so I figured this would be prettier than just a plain old 20 gal tank. I have actually had snakes for over 20 years but I sold them all because we were having a baby and I knew I was not going to have time for them (20 balls, 2 sand boas, 15 king snakes). Now my daughter is older and me and my wife got a handle on things now and so I just missed having a snake in the house. Thanks again for your reply.
