Just kidding. Those t-positive bloods will be the key in my opinion. I have seen them in person and they are the real deal. Since you dont seem like you want to drop $12000.00 on them, why not make your own hets(assuming you have adults ready to go now), grow them up in 3 or 4 years and breed them back to each other. Take the one or two Blood T-postives(if your lucky), grow them up and if you get a male, you can breed him back to his mom in 18 months(if your lucky). That should take you to about 6 years (minimum) before you can produce and sell a few of them. By then lets hope that you can find buyers who "want to drop" some money on them. Good luck.
