Dinker Video 006 - What IS this?

This has characteristics that look similar to a Het Red Axanthic or a Cinnamon but I don't think it's either.

Let me know if this looks like anything special to you or if you've worked with something like this and proven it to be either genetic or not genetic.

Pics would be appreciated.
