The father was an second generation outcrossing I produced here in 2008 from a stripline het normal x Dh sunglow paring. The generation before that prduced the female DH SG was a nice coral albino bred to a very pink salmon ... which made the first sh/hets on side of litter gandmother in that 2008 breeding and where most of the color is from.
So this would be at least the 3rd generation (I know of) in a row of outcrssed breedings, and only the second to produce homo specimens from the line. So that is a good call and could be just what it's due too ... cause this 2008 sunglow I produced here was also bred this season to another strong genticly ourcrossed coral albno (produced by Shane Kinney in 2005) that gave me an even more amazingly colored litter of 32 babies (one above gave me 13 wigglers), that are almost as hearty and well built, and are compared to most neos are ... just this litter is outta this world big n robust. ----- Trey Stowell
