emergency plan/procedures (?)

When I got the form to renew my FL license to possess and sell reptiles, there were a couple new parts, one asking for my reptile vet and one asking what my emergency plan was (don't have the form in front of me). I debated whether or not to fill it out--owing to it being unlikely I breed any snakes next year. But in case I do, my question is: What would be considered an acceptable plan?
