That being a commercial license, I guess that's how they get away with asking who your vet is. Don't like it. Same as being able to enter your property and inspect/search without cause or warrant. Clearly an invasion of personal freedoms. So, they drop by your vet's place to check up on you...Not good! Not enough vet work or too much vet work. Catch 22.

Two detrimental effects of said policy: 1) Discourages small Mom and Pop enterprises with too much Red Tape and too many expenses. 2) Discourages participation with overbearing rules and personal compromises.
