Posted by: FireStorm at Sun Oct 3 09:32:17 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by FireStorm ] I just had a quick question about the FL permit to possess class III wildlife for sale. I had my permit for 2 yrs, then let it laps as I wasn't breeding or selling anything for a few years while I finished school. Now I'm applying for the permit again, but this time under my business name (registered fictitious name). But now I jointly own the collection with my mom (the fictitious name is jointly registered as well). I'm in the process of filling out the permit application using the fictitious name, but the app only has a place for one owners name. Do we need two permits - one for me and one for her - even though we are joint owners of the business? Hope all that makes sense. Thanks for the help. [ Hide Replies ]
