Posted by: ginter at Sun Oct 10 19:47:58 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ginter ] I really don't have a huge sample size of observations to say yes or no to that hypothesis..... there are probably a number of factors coming into play including relatively small numbers of individuals and limited localities represented in the captive founder pool and yes, probably some captive color/pattern preference bias as well. I for one had an idea of what a "real" ruthveni looked like but I am changing that target as my perspective is widened by exposure to "different" looking individuals. [ Hide Replies ]
