NO!!!! Not at all....he told Josh ( Who is basically clueless about ball python mutations) what mutations he wanted and would buy. Josh remembered the name "KillerBee" and snagged an
Axanthic Killer Bee ( Gee, a serious upgrade)  ) One, that he had seen on a tour. He left NERD and went right to Scott's place. Scott told him it was only worth $1,000.00 and would only give him $500.00. Scott went to an ATM and said he could only get $400.00 so that was the selling price. Josh was here because his girlfriend worked for me in my retail store and we never worried about him sneaking upstairs to steal snakes. He would hang around and I did not have a problem with him. We got him on video stealing the snake and we were shocked to see that it was him. When he came back to steal more to sell to Scott we grabbed him and he sang like a Canary. He was actually pissed off Scott lied to him and said it was not worth anything...well, not much.
Scott's defense was simple. He thought it was a Bumble Bee, he could not see the difference between the Axanthic Killer and the Bumble (which he breed and was selling for around $1k). He did not know Josh, everyone is lying, I bribed everyone and made them lie on the stand. His employee( then, was there for the transaction) even had damming testimony said Scott knew it was stolen, he knew what it was and he would not give it back and would "kill it before he ever gave it back." He was very excited to have the snake and the night he bought it he was on my site looking at Axanthic Killer Bees! He was bragging to people what he would breed it to and all....
So much more to this story and my relationship with the little fella....
