He knows mutations and there is a history of him selling designer mutations. The DA saw all this but the case was so straightforward that htey never had to use any of it. The trial took 4 days to complete... a HUGE use of Court resources and time. His sentence should be stiff just because he would not admit to anything and forced the long arm of the law to bore everyone with "snakes". 13 people in that Jury...... It was quite a show...and lots of witnesses waiting to give testimony.. waste of time. At least Josh admitted guilt and was sorry. I do not hate him, he just made a few bad decisions but I believe he was sorry for what he did.



I used the jewel analogy to create a parallel that people may understand a bit easier.
