I agree with you Mike. It is ambiguous and somewhat hypocritical to think some are above "commerce" in these activities.
I personally believe that is one of the primary motivating factors behind Government{s) seeking to eradicate our endeavors...there is definitely commerce involved. They see that, but can't seem to get a handle on skimming their share of the royalties, so they're in a mood to shut this thing down. We're such an irreverant group, after all.
