I agree with Watever. The source of the price drop is not things such as kinks. Really that should make the flawless ones worth more. Its the simple fact that there are so many other morphs being produced from most of the ones you mentioned that why would people pay high dollar when the next level has already come? If your goal is something like a super pastel g stripe, or pastel caramel glows, if you buy the the plain morph you have a road ahead of you while others are already on thier way to making them, or have already produced them.
Also, the more thats bred the more there are going to be of the regular traits. People want them to sell so they wont be able to sell something they could sell for a couple of grand three years ago when everyone ran to them and began producing them as well. Supply and demand, its just buisness.
