Haven't read all this, don't get here as often as I used to.

My comment is -- we are getting screwed by "Authority", quasi-authority, poser-authority, and wanna-be authority.

Good Cop bad Cop, makes no matter.

There's always the veneer facade of rational pushed to the front for public consumption, for any agenda by any faction.

And there is always the the primary motivation clutched tightly and held close by the perpetrators.

It's a shell game. Let's not get led off target by decoys and stagecraft.
