Not really. If she's 1800 grams and looks thick for her length, she should be fine. The only issue with just basing it on weight is that sometimes people forget to take length into consideration. A 3.5 foot 1500 gram animal will probably be a better candidate than a 5 foot 1800 gram animal. that being said, most females won't hit a breedable weight until, at the earliest, their second winter-usually their third.
