I think that's an excellent idea. Explain to the would-be buyer that this happens to you ALOT! and the fake buyers disappear once they have collected the pictures. Tell them it's happened so often that it's forced you to implement a policy to charge for extra pictures, and the picture fee will be credited to the purchase price of the animal should they buy. That way you're both covered. If they are just picture collectors, they will probably act all offended just to put on a show and disappear. If they are serious customers, then they should understand your situation and be OK with it. In the end, they don't pay any more for the animal.
