A person who breeds reptiles in a spare room or the basement may or may not be breaking zoning laws and/or other local ordinances-but rest assured, once he is found out by neighbors, those laws will either be enforced if they exist already, or added if they don't! I've seen this happen time and again to fellow herpers. | ||
