Different states have different funding allocations, for example in the not too distant past, the entire funding for Pennsylvania's non-game regulations came from the sale of license plates for PA wildlife. That was a little over a 100 thousand a year and it decreased once they started selling other custom plates (like trains, Zoo etc). That money was the entire budget for salary, etc for the non-game animals.. [ Hide Replies ]
