My tank is set up almost the exact same way except I have my pothos on the land part and I have three back drops. I only had one back drop at first but after my bearded dragon kept seeing the toad on the same side that his tank was on he was wanting to go over there and eat the firebelly; so then I added a background to that side. After noticing that my firebelly was always tring to get out of the tank on the side there was no background I finally put one on there. I have two in my tank now and one of them just excaped outta the tank from climbing on the glass. I have no clue how he got out but after adding the background(backdrop) to that other side my other firebelly does not even try to climb up on the glass now. I wish I would of figured this out before my other one got out and probaly got eatin my my cats.



But my tank is a 20 with pothos growing on or in the gravel side or land area if you want to referr to it that way. I have an underwater filter with charcoal filter inside to help keep the amonia levels down. I change the water 100% every week
