just rambling thoughts,no pretty writings....
they know their owner
they know their cage(smell yes)
they know where they are, and they find water, food, brumation chambers/hibernaculum year after year....
they know each bird house in any given area they frequent/and nest heavy tree/bush
they know if the water bowl is empty to lay in it ,not to wander and look for water...it will come...
they know to wait in the food bowl also...
they know the sound of other cages being opened....and what it brings.......mmmmmmmmmm....
they know to eat certain food items at certain times of the year...and they are raised in little boxes not the wild...that's weird....
.......I could go on but I'm in a hurry......LOL....you get it....
......snakes can remember things we don't give them credit for.....and yes...they wander aimlessly around looking for food in our minds....???...maybe...they actually do at times?.....maybe there are wanderers and homebodies.....(proven in 3 toed box turtle studies...)....
