The guy doesn't speak much English and said he needs paperwork saying he got them from a breeder to allow them to legally be brought into Mexico. I asked someone who said the paperwork he's talking about is CITES paperwork and is necessary for exporting any snakes regardless of status. Is there any other kind of paperwork he might be referring to? [ Hide Replies ]
