I cannot even convert my carport into a room or put up a small building in my yard. All against the rules of the subdivision covenants which you agree upon when buying your house. I could build a small building in the yard, but it must comply with the exterior of my home. In other words, too expensive to build one the homeowners association board would approve of. It sucks, but it also prevents yards full of junk cars, trash, and other eyesore issues that plaque other neighborhoods time to time. | ||
