I really don't know............

Sounds like a really tough situation. I would soak him pretty often. Which to me means at least every other day. The down side to this could also be it will get even more stressed out. And then, you can't win for losing.

Force feeding is usually the last resort you want to turn to. But, I am sure that you have weighed your options and found it to be best.

How old is it? What was the previous owner feeding it? That size is around newborn size or their abouts in my "guesstimation". Was it always like this?

I don't know about the wrinkles. My first thought was dehydration. But, I could be wrong. I know I haven't helped much at all. Maybe some more info from you could help. Any pics of it?

Hope the little guy makes it.
