Donate them to some place like KRZ for crying out loud. I assume he was breaking city ordinance than? Huh. Ya know, we could use cases like this to argue against legislation--using the "people are going to do it anyway" argument. Kind of a dirty way to fight the fight, but hey--when you're fighting for survival the rulebook should go out the window.
