Best basking lamp watt?

I have a 75 watt basking bulb for Moko, but the dome I have for him is small. Do baby Savs need a higher watt, or lower? Or maybe a larger dome? I have divided his cage with one cool side, and one basking, warm side. With the UVB in the middle. Anyone want pictures of his set up? Any advice would be great. From experience, what has worked best with your sav babies to those who own, have owned? What watts I mean. He`s about 8 inches right now if that helps. Thank you so very very much.
