Posted by: RandyWhittington at Sun Dec 26 00:34:22 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by RandyWhittington ] Thanks Kevin. They are a hardy species in general. I get a couple out of 2 or 3 clutches each year that are slow starters feeding wise. Most feed good right out of the egg but even the slow starters end up feeding well. All my adults (2.3) are aggressive feeders. I generally get eggs from 2 or 3 of the females each year and had a second clutch from one last year without reintroducing the male with her again. I get clutches in the 5 to 10 range. The eggs are big. [ Hide Replies ]
