It's just the name of a single mutation. I believe it was originally thought that the hidden gene woma was the same mutation as just woma but plus something extra (hidden). But my understanding is it's now believed “woma” and “hidden gene woma” are two separate single gene mutations with some naming baggage. [ Hide Replies ]
