Hi,

I have been using flexwatt since the early 90s and heat cable (in some form or another) for about 8 years. I have found both to work equally well. I set up all of my new caging with cable, as I have had flexwatt melt plastic cage bottoms on rare occasions. It was my fault and I still hold tape in high regard, but to me, cable seems more forgiving. Both have always heated my cages equally well.

Will
